Right, translating idiomatic phrases literally usually doesn't make
much sense. How does one copulate with oneself, and why would
asking someone to do that show that you are angry?

Unless you really want to insult them, in which case you can go
with something really insulting. Playing with taboos often works,
so you might say:

   ko gletu le do mamta/mensi/patfu/mamymamta/gerku

Or you might try something scatological:

   ko citka lo kalci be lo kumte
   ko pinxe lo pinca be lo pinpedi

Blasphemy can also be effective, but you need to know what things
the person holds sacred. {lo censa be do cu mabla} might be too
generic.

And there's always curses:

   .a'o lo fagri cu daspo le do zdani

And so on. Be creative!
