Yes (though "lo birje" would work just as well).

The car is citno if it was just made; it's cnino if you just got it.
jbovlaste and jbofi'e disagree on the place structure of "fetspe".

"ga'u" means "above"; I didn't find a preposition or tense marker
meaning "on".
