I've made another update to my attempt at translating the Principia Discordia into Lojban on my blog at http://skaryzgik.blogspot.com/ I've made a new draft of the part I had so far as well as making more than zero progress on the next part.

I think this is a place for {sei} rather than {se cu'u}, since the source
is not really one of the arguments of the cited selbri. Something
like {sei le 1:5moi be la gutra cukta cu se/te sitna}.
