No, for a famous work translated into Lojban, we already have Alice
for that. What I have in mind would be what Star Trek III is to the
Klingon language and what Lord of the Rings is to Elvish. A dramatized
look into the lives of fictional native speakers as they interact with
English speakers. Since The Moon Is A Harsh Mistress does not actually
quote Loglan words, no pre-existing work is likely to be that.

You're partially right in that I haven't worked on it for years, but
partially wrong in that others have worked on it from time to time
since then.
