You know, I did pretty much the same thing to learn lojban, except
that I got tired of the whole "looking up words repeatedly" thing, and
I wrote a program[1] to do nothing besides showing the text and then
showing definitions when you click on words. But either my program,
Lojgloss, or jbofi'e will translate lujvo it doesn't have explicit
definitions for. But I guess if you're set on not using a computer
then that won't work for you. I guess there's always the option of
printing out an alphabetized list of rafsi and their corresponding
valsi.
