No. tu'a is in the same cmavo class as "la'e". It has to come
immediately before a sumti (or pro-sumti), and in turn the resulting
expression is still a sumti "tu'a X" -> "something about X". "fi"
marks a sumti as coming in the third place in a bridi. "fi X" is not
a sumti, more like a tagged sumti, so can't be further marked.
