Insofar as a "sumti tag" is a grammatical construct, you can either
have a tag in that place, or a FA, according to the grammar:
term-1 <- sumti / ( !gek !selbri (tag / FA-clause free*) (sumti /
KU-clause? free*) ) / termset / NA-clause KU-clause free*
Technically, this would mean FA isn't a tag, it just has the same
grammar as a tag before a sumti, but that distinction is probably
splitting hairs in most contexts (this one included).
(Interestingly, {broda fiku lo brode} is grammatical. No reason for it
not to be, I guess.)
