Yes.

Something like: "Huh? Yay!", or "Is it? Yay!", or "Really? Yay!" where
the "Yay!" is empathetic, as in "Good for you!" i.e. the speaker is
happy *with* the audience, probably about something that the speaker
expects will make the audience happy.
