I don't see any significant difference in meaning in this case. In
general however, it won't be the case that "lo broda brode jo'u brodi"
is the same as "lo broda brode jo'u lo broda brodi". It only works
when broda is a distributive modifier. Even in this case, it could be
only their combination which is delicious, so that the distributed
form is more specific.
