Yes. The rules have some corner cases, such as "deiskrima", which is a fu'ivla
because "skrima" is a slinku'i, but there "dei" is not a rafsi
because "deiskrima" is not a lujvo.

Forgive me, but you use big words I don't understand :-)
At least, ones I can't find in any of the dictionaries I looked at...

• skrima (doesn't seem to break apart into rafsi either)
  
• slinku'i (Found a reference in CLL, but no explanation of its meaning)
