Presumably it's "ri" if the noi-clause is as you have it, before the
KU, and "ra" if it were after the KU:

(la belem) ... (lo .atsai ku) noi vi ra banro (ri=lo .atsai ku, ra=la belem)
(la belem) ... (lo .atsai noi vi ri banro [ku]) (ri=la belem)

But ri/ra rules probably need simplifying.

I think "ganse" was meant as the general purpose word for that:

sance  -  tirna
panci  -  sumne
jvinu  -  viska
vrusi  -  vu'irga'e
tengu  -  te'urga'e
