Nothing in that article says the Indus dolphin is blind.  It says only that the eyes are "pinholes" and that the dolphin uses echolocation to find food along the river bottom.
Besides, even if this one kind of dolphin is completely blind, it's misleading at best to conclude that "dolphins are blind."
