Showing such difference is what ZAhO are for:
da ca co'i morsi (One dies.)
da ca ba'o morsi (One is dead.)
So:
da ca morsi (One dies / is dead.)
and
da morsi (One dies/died/... / is/was/... dead.)
Just like the tense, the aspect is undetermined for a bare selbri.
mu'o
