[lojban-beginners] some missing words?

I've been looking around the lojban site and I have three words that I
can't find anywhere.

rent
taxi
kitchen

how does one express the idea of rent? Both rent money (I paid my
rent) and the act (I am renting)?

Also can anyone think of a good lujvo for taxi? jerkarce seems like it
would wrong, but I am at a loss for what else to suggest that wouldn't
be clumsy or cumbersome.

and how about kitchen? it doesn't seem to be in jbovlaste. I would
think a basic concept like that would have a gismu (after all computer
and radio both have gismu), but I am surprised that there is no lujvo
decided on yet. Have I just missed it?
