Yes. But the {mi} in {le mi karce} isn't more special than {mi} in {mi
nelci ti}. You can say

abu: mi nelci ti
by: ji'a mi go'i

to parallel the CLL example. The example in CLL 20 also uses {mi
go'i}.

Why so sure? I haven't seen anything on how {go'i}/{go'i ra'o}
interacts with {ko}.
