That could be {ko na catlu lo se dunda xirma moklu}

There's one more popular Polish proverb about horses:

lo xirma ku tuple lo vo mei i ku'i xy ji'a tapflifa'u
"Koń ma cztery nogi i też się potknie", 'a horse has four legs and it
trips, too', English equivalent is "Even Jove nods".
