I guess you mean  "pa lo me la.iuros. cu rupnu papicivo lo meryru'u".
 
But no, the x2 of rupnu has to be a number and in any case, (integer) outer quantifiers count true sentences, not euros. That says that when you try each of the referents of "lo me la iuros" in the x1 of "rupnu", once and only once you end up with a true sentence.
