[lojban-beginners] perpendicular

I want to be able to say:

Line "a" is perpendicular with line "b".

Create a line that is perpendicular with line "k" and includes point "C".

The radical line of two circles is perpendicular with the line that includes their centers.

----

The only thing I found related to perpendicular was kurfa.
What is a practical example for kurfa's place structure?
In what order do we list the vertices in x2?

kurfa
x1 is a right-angled shape/form defined by set of vertices x2, dimensions x3 (default 2).

----

For geometric construction, my opening suggestion would be:

x1 (line) defines four equal angles (is perpendicular) with line x2 and includes point(s) x3 and intersects "x2" at x4

This is similar to panra (if panra can accept lines for x1 and x2, and a point (or points) for x3).

panra
x1 parallels x2 differing only in property x3 (ka; jo'u/fa'u term) by standard/geometry x4.
