[lojban-beginners] How to say "the x which/who/that does y, does z"

Hi, everyone. Or, should I say, coi rodo. It's my first time at this
group and I've been familiarizing myself with Lojban for the past
month. It's been going well, but I have run into an issue that I have
not found a good answer for anywhere on the internet.

How do you say "the x which/who/that does y, does z"? Sort of like an
appositive; I'm not sure exactly what to call it. I know that, in this
language, being and doing are the same. If the way to do this is
context-sensitive, then please translate the sentence "The woman who
owns a car is my mother." I know that it should involve "le ninmu,"
"ponse lo karce" (or some conjugational variation thereof), and "le mi
mamta" or "le mamta po'e mi".

Any help you can give is appreciated. Thanks.
