Without looking it up in French I think it's "je me tus, tu te tus, il se 
tut", which sounds like "je me tue" (I kill myself). The infinitive 
is "taire" and it's irregular in French too. I don't recall hearing a Spanish 
cognate.

Btw, when the first post containing only "tatoeba.org" appeared, I thought it 
was a spam.
