Re: [lojban-beginners] pronunciation

{j} is pronounced as the "j" in "bonjour" (zh). It's rather like humming while saying the "z" sound.

So, it is pronounced "REEZH-noh".

to pu benji di'u fo lo mi me la.android. fonxa toi

mu'o mi'e.aionys.

I'm a newby in Lojban, but I thought I passed the pronunciation phase.
But I still stumble at words that I still can't pronounce.

How do you pronounce this word:

rijno  (is there a sound for -ij or do I have to say -i and -j apart?)
