That is just ridiculous. "Brrr" is onomatopoeia used to describe the
sound a human occasionally makes when (s)he shivers because it's cold.
And the Chinese of equivalent of "brrr" is "brrr" because all humans
make the same sound. The fact that there isn't an onomatopoeia for it
in Chinese language is a different matter.
