As someone else said, you want mi'e.

A decision you should make is, do you want to translate "good time" into
something that will always be a name, or use a word that means "good
time" that you simply happen to use as a name?

Going with "xamgu temci" as a basis (and I think "xamgu fasnu" would
probably work just as well, or pluka instead of xamgu), you could use
"xaurtei", which is a brivla litterally meaning "good time", or you
could use "xaurtem" or "xautem", which uses rafsi from the same to
words, but its structure is that of a name rather than a brivla.
Theoretically, a fluent lojban speaker would recognize it as a name
based on "good time".

Incidentally, this is how my lojbanization works: camgusmis is "brightly
famous", which is one translation of Robin. The English implication of
"of shining fame" isn't there, but I don't care much. I did it that way
because I don't like the sound of any of the lojbanizations of Robin.

I don't think there's anything truly excellent for that purpose, which
is something I should fix. It is now on my to-do list.
