{le ro seltra poi da zo'u ge le da se snada ...} is not wrong, but it
is rather vague. It says "every behavior such that, somone's success
increases and someone else's success decreases". It doesn't say how
the behavior relates to the other facts, and it doesn't say how 
the increase is related to the decrease. 

I think a closer translation would be something like:

  ro seltra poi nu le da se snada cu zenba fi'o jdima 
  le nu le na'e bo da se snada cu jdika

mu'o mi'e xorxes
