{ca'e} is for performatives, "I hearby name myself 'tespis'."

{do'anai} has been used for "at least". I am not sure that it's the 
best we can do, but I can't think of anything better. I suppose it 
is intended as "at least in Lojban", so it would go after {lojbo}:
{i ca'e zo tespis lojbo do'anai cmene mi}.
