Hmm... That really says "the first one lojban-broadcasts the first one",
but it is not at all clear about the first what lojban-broadcasts the
first what.
"The first lojbanic broadcast of the first lojbanic broadcaster" is a noun, 
not a bridi, it would be something like {le pamoi se jbocradi be le pamoi 
jbocradi}. But you can't really use {fi'i} for "welcome _to_".

That still doesn't get us "welcome to". You could also say something like:

  coi fi'i i pa re'u cradi lo lojbo
  "Hello and welcome! For the first time broadcasting something Lojbanic."

In fact, it would be useful to have a lujvo for "x1 welcomes x2 to x3" or 
something like that. Perhaps {zanselvi'e}? Then you could say:

  coi tirna mi do zanselvi'e le pamoi se jbocradi be le pamoi jbocradi
  "Hello listener! I welcome you to the first lojbanic-broadcast of the
  first lojbanic-broadcaster."
