[lojban-beginners] Help finding the complete lojban reference grammar

I've been trying to 'download' the zipped Reference Grammar (Draft  
version) available from:

Unfortunately (well, that may be some (person's/people's/individual's/ 
peoples' - uh, can you see why I need Lojban? .u'u.u'i) perspective)  
I own a mac (Mac OS X) and it doesn't seem to find a 'file or folder'  
once the zipped file is unzipped (an empty archive?)... Can anyone  
point me in a better direction? Is there a pdf version? anything?
