No, evgenis is right {le'i dotco prenu poi mi penmi} is the
set consisting of "german people that I met". {pamoi} is a
relationship between one member of that set (the first one)
that goes in x1 and the whole set that goes in x2.

That is a valid objection. The criterion by which the set is ordered
has not been stated. If it's not clear what is intended, then the
ordering rule can be made explicit in the x3 of {pamoi}.
