No, {gi'a} is right there. {.a} connects sumti, but here we don't
have sumti.

{gi'a} connects bridi-tails, which consist of a selbri and any trailing sumti.
In this case it's just two selbri {flecu} and {rokci}.

{bei} is correct to add the term {ne'i lo xatra} as an argument to the selbri
{ve ciksi}. Without {bei} the term would be added to the selbri {pensi}.
