Use the German section, then click "Frikative" to get x and h; use Spanish then click "fricativas" to get X x and h; use American English and click "fricative" to get h. Unfortunately, the descriptions of what your mouth is doing are in German, Spanish and English respectively, so most folks won't be able to read everything.
This site shows X as the sound I was (incorrectly) describing as trilled, which epkat uses in jbocradi.
