Maybe something like "predicate phrase" or "phrasal predicate",
it would even have been autological! :)

But at this point, all we can do is point out that "tanru" does not mean
"metaphor", a tanru need not be metaphoric, "metaphor" cannot be
translated as "tanru", etc. i.e. there is very little connection between
the meanings of "tanru" and "metaphor".
