Besides the previously mentioned gismu, there are these lujvo:
jagdimnalpei kamna'ujbi kamnakseltro kamnakseltru kamnakydzeseltru 
kamnolraitru kamnynunpe'i komnicygau nimnaujizdunkri pamnabmi prulamna'a 
ritkemna'aterjvi
and the fu'ivla "suomne".

For "Omnilingual", I'd use a lujvo or a cmevla made from rafsi.

I tried to find "gear" in jbovlaste, and there isn't one. Is "denxislu" good?
