Morphologically acceptable *as a {lujvo}* (which usually only applies when R2
is a string of more than one {rafsi}).

Yes. This is known as the "tosmabru test," described in item 5 of the
{lujvo}-making algorithm in section 4.11 of the CLL. Note that item 5a of the
description is incorrect; the first sentence should read, "Examine all the C/C
consonant pairs up to the first 'y'-hyphen, or up to the end of the word in
case there are no 'y'-hyphens."
