{fd} is a forbidden pair, because it is unvoiced-voiced.
{vd} and {ft} would be the corresponding voiced-voiced and 
unvoiced-unvoiced pairs. 

How about {spoja'e}:{x1 jalge lo daspo be x2}.
"x1 is the result/outcome of the destruction of x2".
