Since there's a non-trivial chance it'll become the official parse,
you may want to look at it.

I can't find where valfendi lives these days; it's a morphology-only
parser from the official morphology commision, now semi-defunct.

More relevantly, stress+pauses is the only way to safely transcribe
spoken Lojban; the only real question is how to indicate stress.
Different people have different preferences on this.

Having said all that, it's still amazingly reader-hostile and
obnoxious, and I wish he (Lokadin) would stop doing it.
