pi'u is clearly the appropriate cmavo for the coordinate case.
I will let the logicians figure out whether .e means this also, or could
mean something else. If it was "ko'a goi ci lo nanmu ge'u .e ko'e goi
ci lo gerku zo'u ko'a batci ko'e", I would not presume the coordinate,
but rather the collective.
