That actually means, "I see Man Whose Horse Is Feared". (It
needs another "fake'a" in there somewhere.)

No. It has to be something more like, "la sezyxirma terpa nanmu".
Or, if you want to use a relative clause (not always a good idea):
"la nanmu po'u le terpa be leri xirma".
