I don't know if translating the Monopoly® rules will violate any
copyrights, as it's a quite old game, but if you want to translate
another game, you can have a go at Nomic :)

I've only done the first rule, and yes, I used "le kelci" for "player".
selkelci for game is not far fetched. tolvajni terjivna seems wrong,
Monopoly could be vajni for some people (I know there have been real
contests using Monopoly)
