While I do believe that this is the only justifiable (from the baseline)
parse of that sentence, note that it's likely to be very confusing to
new users, as it does *not* mean "I am continuing to weep" (ignoring
'tai' because I have no idea how to interpret it there).

As such, xorxes, you may want to consider re-writing that sentence (it's
from Alice).
