Not exactly. Jbovlaste is a list of Lojban words with definitions in English 
and other languages. He's proposing to write a list of English words with 
definitions in Lojban. So jbovlaste has, e.g., "side of flatfish" on the 
English side, because it is one of the places of {mlafi'e}, whereas this 
glivlaste will have "than" explained in Lojban.
