Could you explain what you mean by the relative clause?  I suppose
{ra} stands for the person, then: "It is not the case that some person
is responsible for the emotion, which pushes the person on the idea"?
I think you must mean something different, do you mean the emotions
that the idea generates on the person?

Yes, I think so. Do you mean something like:

        lo prenu na fuzme le nu cinmo poi le sidbo cu krasi
        Noone is responsible for the feelings that spring from the idea.

Or maybe:

        lo prenu na fuzme le nu cinmo poi le sidbo cu krasi
        Noone is responsible for their feelings,
        which spring from the idea.
