jbovlaste errors (was Re: [lojban] Re: Translation of the dictionary)

So, whenever someone does something in the definitions that LaTeX
doesn't like, the dictionary export breaks.

People *should* be testing dictionary export after all their
changes, if possible, but they don't.

English is the worst because people who have no idea what they're
doing but make jbovlaste accounts anyways are almost always working
on the English definitions.

Anyways, here's the changes I had to make to make the English export
work; except for the UTF-8 problems (the euro symbol (which I was
able to support) and the hundredth/tenth stuff (which I wasn't)), if
you made these changes please feel guilty and learn from them.  :)

I haven't updated the words yet, but give me about half an hour and
the English export should be working.
