I would assume that in any language, 'zsh' is called 'Z shell' or it's linguistic equivalent, regardless of how 'Z' is pronounced. In Lojban, 'z' is pronounced {zy.}. Therefore, it seems to me that the best lojban name for it would be the suggestion by xorxes of {zycel}.

Actually wikipedia claims it's etymologically derived from the name of Zhong
Shao [1], so maybe someone knows how his name is pronounced and give some insight?

ta'o most germans say "zed cel", as "tset" is the german pronunciation of "z".
