I'm only getting some of the background for the conversation, but if
it is about thinking of other ways that one might maintain the same
distinctions in lojban as present, but make texts a bit easier to look
at, I'm all for brainstorming.  I don't much like the idea of
capitalization (as it doesn't do much in terms of functional load),
but I think some sort of sentence punctuation would be very helpful in
looking at texts.
