Adam Lopresto already said most of what I wanted to say in response to this. Let me just add that an essential part of the Loglan/Lojban shtik is to minimize paralinguistic components of communication. We want all actual linguistic content to occur “in-band”, ie. as actual morphemes.

Again, it is not your fault that the Lojban translation you're working with failed to provide verbal emphasis.
