My understanding was that the standard character for representing the
y'y lerfu is the vertical typewriter apostrophe, not the
punctuation/typographc apostrophe also used as right single quotation
mark. It has to be, for the claim that the alphabet is pure ASCII to
be true. And also, it looks better. I don't know whether it is
available in all fonts, but I guess being pure ASCII it should be.
