The idea was to automatically create the IPA representation with the
most common pronuntiations, and have a chapter in the book explaining
how to pronounce lojban (like "'" can be [h] or [θ], or in long
consonants cluster you can put "i"'s in the middle).

Anyway, the main idea of showing this to you was getting feedback, and
if you say it's pointless, fair enough. I actually don't need IPA; it
was just to make the dictionary homogeneous to others in others languages.
