[lojban] The buffer vowel is not a vowel

I was browsing Wikipedia and found the article on Tashlhiyt, a Berber
language. This language has sequences of consonants such as "tntlttnt"
and "tgr". An article linked from Wikipedia explores the nature of the vocoid
that sometimes intrudes between these consonants. It turns out to be not a
schwa, but a result of mistiming of articulation so that there is a space
between two consonants.
