[lojban] Re: Lojban Kids Show

Well, we seemed to have fleshed out some ideas.

First scene:

Boy sitting on a plane, looking out the window.
Internal Monologue: "I've been pen-pals with somebody in jbogu'e for a
few years now, and we're finally going to meet. I started a programme
for studying abroad and naturally chose jbogu'e for my schooling. It's
a little island somewhere out in the Pacific that was colonised a long
time ago by a lot of different people from different countries."

Protagonist speaks to his stuffed moose, discussing how Lojban is
pronounced, and how sumti-selbri relations work, then suggests 'they'
practice by naming things around them in Lojban. This provides a
starting plot and brings the viewer up to the basics, which is
essentially where the protagonist will start in proficiency. Perhaps
introduce "complete" Lojban on the flight to demonstrate what it
sounds like, and have the protagonist try to reply as best he can. End
the scene with the plane landing and the protagonist collecting his
things.

Part two will be about meeting his host family.

Thank you to all that discussed this with me in #lojban and for all of
the good ideas tossed around.

I'd like this to be easily split into three parts, which collectively
are one 'day' in the story, and each day covers new material. Three
parts allows it to be easily digested and friendly for YouTube, but I
would like it to be formatted in such a way that the three parts could
be easily merged into a single 22 minute video.

Any fleshing out of any of the first scene is entirely welcome.
