I'll do my best.

> Forest of Refuge

"the forest of safety" (common noun): "lo snura ricfoi"
"the Forest of Safety" (proper noun): "la snura ricfoi"

Replacing "lo" with "la" turns the phrase from a description into a name.

> Monastery

There's no existing word for this; the compound word I came up with
for "the monastery" is "lo jdaseiprezda", literally "the
religiously-separate-person-home".

> Library of ancient wisdom

"the library of ancient knowledge": "lo tcepru selju'o ckusro"
"the library of ancient wiseness": "lo tcepru kamprije ckusro"

> Sky Pirates

"the sky thieves-of-the-sea": "lo tsani blozeile'a"
"the sky thieves": "lo tsani zeile'a"
"the flying thieves": "lo vofli zeile'a"

> New people

"the people we're unfamiliar with": "lo cnino prenu"
"the people that are unfamiliar with something": "lo se cnino"

".i do pensi fi'o simsa mi'a" would probably be adequate. I'm assuming
that "us" means "me and at least one other but not you".

Note that Lojban uses capitalization and punctuation sparingly, so
don't try to capitalize the first letter of a sentence or put at
period at the end of one.
